Okee, okee, Elsie. Dair I rename the string "Cheese"? That might not
quite cut it on a Lowlands lists. Or does it? No matter how you slice it,
I'm disappointed no one mentioned Muenster and Limburger. It smells like
another _keys'_ (<Kees>) of neglect to me.
