Since when do rural Georgians speak English? If they speak anything
but Georgian, I would expect it to be something more along the lines
of Russian, Abkhazian, Ossetic, Armenian, or Azeri (ignoring de-facto
independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, otherwise you would
probably have to exclude Abkhazian and Ossetic).
