In "Onze Taal 2005 7/8" pp 204-205 Nicole van der Sijs gives an overview of
etnycal varieties and creool forms of Dutch.

Just an overview:

Etnische variëteiten:
- Curaçaos-Nederlands
- Indisch-Nederlands
- Jiddisch-Nederlands
- Marokkaans Nederlands
- Surinaams Nederlands
- Turks-Nederlands
- Afrikaans (?)

Creooltalen / Mengtalen
- Berbice-Nederlands (Guyana)
   almost dead
   sample "O glof bi di tau kán bitjo"
   Hij geloofde dat de slang hem kon bijten
   (tau --> touw)
- Skepi-Nederlands
   17th & 18th century in the Essequibo (Iskepe) region
- Negerhollands (Maagdeneilanden = US Virgin Islands)

- Petjoh (grammatica: Maleis)

With some considerations about Afrikaans: whether it is an etnical variety -
3 to 6 of the Markey-determinants - or a creool language (4 of the
Markey-determinants).

The title of the article by van der Sys is " 'Voor wat joe loop wee?',
Nederlandse creooltalen en etnische variëteiten".
