Beste Lowlanders,
Ook in West-Vlaanderen, en dus in mijn Oostends, gebruiken we "voor" voor
"om".
't Gas is te nat voe te voetboln!
Z' is gekomm voe te klaagn!

En net zoals Luc schrijft, kennen we "om" nagenoeg uitsluitend in
samenstellingen met werkwoorden; zo vb.
etwien ommezétn: iemand verleiden;
je ommedroajn: zich omkeren;
ommekintern: omkantelen;
ommekloajn: omvallen;
je voet ommewrieng: je voet verzwikken;
z' en kaik nie omme: ze schonk geen aandachten (met dubbele ontkenning!).
