Liobotheis multhaujarons:
With respect to Karl-Heinz writing verse, and Ron (in his words) "gilding
the lily", I am reminded of an old admonition:
A brother is a friend
Who defends you to the end;
A step-brother is he
Who improves your poetry.
Mith frijandaleikaim Hailsaim,
Arthur

Do you mean "step-brother" in the Cinderellan sense or in the sense of "true
friend"?
Whatever thing you do,
A brother sticks up for you.
Beyond blood loyalty,
A friend gilds your lil-lee.
Talking about literature, folks, you might want to check out Arthur's
writings at our Gallery (http://lowlands-l.net/gallery/), especially the
hitherto unfinished trilogy. I'm sure he'd love it if you shared your
reactions and suggestions, even if this amounts to gilding the lily.
Cheers!
Reinhard/Ron
