Dear Lowlanders,

Lately several of you have been experiencing problems with submitting
postings.  I have run this by the administrators at LINGUIST.  Today they
informed me that they have tweaked something in the configurations and hope
that this has done the trick.

Please let us know if the problem persists despite this.

Send your messages to <lowlands.list at gmail.com>.  If you send them to my
personal account the other team members do not get them should I be absent
or incapacitated.
