Scots has 'teuk' [t(j)ʌk, tjuk] for the sound of a chicken, known as a
'chickie' or 'chookie' [tʃɪkɪ, tʃʌkɪ,
tʃukɪ] sometimes influencing 'teuk' to give [tʃʌk] or
[tʃuk].
[BTW: I'm sure I'll appreciate the latest discs of 'AC/DC' ("BLACK ICE") and
