Dag Luc,
Ook in West-Vlaanderen kennen (kenden) we het woord zaan of zane als room
van de melk, en nog algemener als schuim.
-De zane van de melk afscheppen
-Drinkt uw bier op voor dat de zane weg is
-zanevat / zanemijne = beutervat
-zane: over het water verspreide vettigheid of olie.

mit Karte; TEU. Sprachreste 374f. Tauhuus in'n Lann' is *Rohm.*
