Roger,

Er is ook zo iets als 'rechten op vormgeving'.

Voorbeeld: ik neem een van jouw teksten en publiceer die, zonder er iets aan
te veranderen.
Dan ben ik in overtreding, want de 'vormgeving' heb ik gestolen
[regellengten - hoofdletters - tussenwit - pagina-indeling, enz.].

Stel nu dat een bibliotheek een handgeschreven tekst heeft waar geen rechten
op rusten, dan hebben ze altijd nog de rechten op de vormgeving en op
afbeeldingen ervan.
En dan zul jij die tekst eerst zelf moeten overtypen.
Of je gebruikt wel de afbeelding van die tekst, maar dan moet je eerst even
contact opnemen met die biblitheek om te zeggen waar je het voor gebruikt,
enz.
