Analytical Dictionary of Nahuatl; Andrews's textbooks

I have Karttunen's 2-volume textbook of Nahuatl for English-speakers. With
thanks to members of this group for information about it. But it does not
include a dictionary of the words used in the examples, but instead it keeps
on referring me to a book called "Analytical Dictionary of Nahuatl". Please
what is the bibliographical information about this book?

It also a few times refers me to Andrews's books. Please what is the latest
information about them being re-published? On 14 Dec 2000 John F. Schwaller
schwallr at selway.umt.edu told me that:-

> The Andrews is LONG out of print. It has been accepted for publication in a
> revised version at the University of Oklahoma Press.  I expect it to be
> out in about a year. You can write U Oklahoma Press for more info.

  I thereupon emailed to the University of Oklahoma Press oupress at ou.edu
enquiring about Andrews's books, but they never answered.
