Dear list members,

I am sure that Dustin is pleased that the warm reception of his offer of
CDs.  Nevertheless, I would request that when you reply back to him you do
it off line, that is look to see that the address in the To: field is his
address and not that of the discussion list.  It will save all of us from
reading your address, and consequently having that information sent to all
subscribers, and to the various services that collect these messages for
posterity.
