Placename: Chalco

    Encouraged by the discussion of "chichimeca", I am wondering if I could 
get some help on "Chalco".  I'd like to resolve it in relation to words 
like:

    chalcatl          person from Chalco
    chalcatlatoque    Chalcan rulers
    mochalcanenequi   he pretends to be a Chalcan
    mochalcachichiuh  he adorned himself as a Chalcan
    chalcayotl        stuff relating to Chalco
