I have made the following composition, based upon these:

*     Stripe Eye

Stripe= huahuanqui

Eye= ixtli

Lord= tecuhtli 

Result: huahuanquixtecuhtli

*     Smoke Eye

Smoke: poctli

Smoking: popoca

Eye= ixtli

Lord= tecuhtli

Result: popoquixtecuhtli

That sounds Nahuatl?

Clear talking? Or not?
