vowel duration in specific syllables

Hello again Christophe,

Yvan has directed me towards the ’Syllable type’ filter you may use to make this all much simpler:

Use the following form settings:

 * Search tier is IPA Actual
 * Search by syllable set to true
 * Expression will be \v 
 * Choose syllable type from combo box as shown below in image
