devanagari font on Mac

Murray,
I've done a little more research since I sent the last message. In
order to get the conjuncts to show up correctly, you must have the
Devanagari MT font activated. Arial (and others) won't combine
characters correctly...but Devanagari MT works beautifully in
TextEdit. You can see the keyboard layout here:
