Question about PanAsiatic e-mail contact

Dear sealang-ers,
Does anyone know  a working e-mail adddress of  a contact person for Pan
Asiatic
Conference in Vietnam? If so, please post to the list. Chhany Sak tried to
submit her abstract to Prof. Bui Khanh The, but the mail is bounced.

I sent my Pan-Asiatic Linguistics abstract to professor Bui Khanh The (they
extend it to Feb 2, 2000), but just got my mail back saying that it can't
deliver to him.  Could you find out what 's wrong with it.  I used his
retutrned response to me.  Do you have his address beside this one.
By the way jhumphry at lava.net is my husband e-mail address.  I used his so I
can sent the attachment (abstract) to Professor Bui Khanh The.
Who else do I need to contact.
