Looking for house sitter - NY

Doing research and/or writing in New York this summer?

Russian professor's small two-bedroom house on Staten Island
available for month of July and half of August.  A quiet
place to write, with easy access to NY Public Library.

Door to door from house to mid-town Manhattan is about one
hour.  (Ten minute walk to ferry, 1/2 hour on ferry, 15
minutes subway to library.  Ferry is fifty
cents round trip.  A lovely ride.)

Main duties are caring for household cats and watering
garden.
