Hello!

Validol is a drug, a mixture of valerian and, probably, menthol, that is
widely used in Russia both as a tranquiliser and as a remedy for heart
diseases.
Klyaz'ma is a tributary of Oka, there are several quite famous
rest-houses and dacha compounds situated on its shores.
The closest equivalent of "rodnen'kij" will probably be something like
"oh, my very dear".
I hope it would be of help.
