Help with Slovenian Translation

For lack of a real Slovenian (na bezryb'e, i rak ryba), maybe I can help:
duhovni means 'spiritual' but also 'clergy', so the whole thing is
'clergy office (presumably, chaplain's office) of the general hospital'.
