I'm glad to see that Emily's question produced a discussion.
These particles are often neglected, especially in the
classroom.  All additional statements seem right on the money,
although I have to add that I probably did err on the -libo/nibud' in that
I made a hasty conjecture; -libo does function more like
-nibud'.
Someone should write a monograph on this topic, and maybe include
"ugodno" along with the rest.
