ISO ACTR "Why Study Russian" video

A group of us in Pittsburgh working on Russian and K-12 issues are trying
to get a copy (or maybe a few) of the ACTR video tape "Why Study Russian."
ACTR told one of the people I'm working with that the video is no longer
available.  Is this true?!?  And if so, how could this be true?  Is there
no master tape available from which more copies can be made?  Having this
available over the web will not suit our purposes at all, unfortunately.
Does anyone have any more current information about this or advice?
