What is a "rifmoplet"?

Dear Seelangers:  Good guess on the pickled herring. (LOL).  I'm curious to
hear opinions on what some of you might think of this.  Would many of todays
popular musicians, especially rappers (mainly the most socially detested ones
because of the content of their lyrics) be considered rifmoplets.  It seems
especially prevalent that many lyrics today slur an "ers" ending of a word
into "az" endings.  I'm sure that many of my high school students could come
up with some other examples.  This seems to be the most common one.
