What is a "rifmoplet"?

 Would many of todays
popular musicians, especially rappers (mainly the most socially detested ones
because of the content of their lyrics) be considered rifmoplets.  It seems
especially prevalent that many lyrics today slur an "ers" ending of a word
into "az" endings.

Not only that, but a lot of "rhymes" in pop music, aren't.  At most they're
para-
rhymes: daughter/later, queen/bein', rifmoplet/with you late, and so on.
