Julij Lotoshko left the teaching profession three years go, lived
in Tver' for sometime, but haven't heard anything about him from
locals.
  Breaking into syllables and etc. is an easy task that any one can do,
but assigning a correct pronunciation involves syntax parsing, which is
not an easy job. You need to install some parsing modules from ABBYY.
  Sorry, cannot help you much.
