ISPs in Russia and elsewhere

If her regular mail is pop mail, then the simplest way for her to access it
would probably be through a web mail account - hotmail or yahoo, for
instance. Most web mail systems have settings for checking pop mail
accounts, and they are then easily accessible from any computer with
browsing capabilities.
