Setting the preferences in "IE"

This is to express my gratitude to those people who responded to my
query with helpful advice and suggestions. I have now satisfied myself
that "Internet Explorer" and "Outlook Express," interesting as they may
be, are not enough of a temptation to make me want to abandon
"Netscape." Stated somewhat more vernacularly, "If it ain't broke, don't
fix it."
