As to its relationship to the land reform, there may be questions. Consider
this example from the 4-vol dictionary:
Byli mestnosti, gde v odnom sele skuchivalos' do pjati-shesti gospodskix
usadeb, i vsledstvie etogo sushchestvovala bestolkovejshaja cherespolosica.
(Saltykov-Shchedrin. Poshexonskaja starina)
