It's not that simple. Many years ago I have written a paper on the reception
of Blake in Poland at the turn of centuries (the time of Solov'ev) and it
(=the reception) was astonishigly rich. As far as I remember the situation
in Russia was similiar (Bal'mont, Vengerova and others).
