English teaching in FSU?

A graduating senior in my first-year Russian class is a Religious
Studies major whose primary interest is Islam.  She doesn't have
anything lined up for next year, and was thinking about teaching English
in one of the Islamic republics of the FSU.  Can anyone recommend any
reliable, trustworthy programs?
