Chris,

There is a "Gramatika srpskohrvatskog jezika za strance". It actually
deals with the grammar of Serbian and it was written by Pavica Mrazovic
and Zora Vukadinovic. It is difficult to get (I had to buy a copy from
one of the authors who is an elderly lady) but it is an excellent
grammar.
