You've contacted Roj in Warsaw? How come? Not surprising they didn't reply.
Marian Kister, the owner of Roy, emigrated to the United States around 1939
and was publishing books till early '70 under the imprint "Roy Publishers".
Better look for the rights in New York, if anywhere.
