Putin: Biggest catastrophe?

If anyone has access to a recording of the speech made as it was uttered, it may be worth doing a 'check against delivery', since I understand that Putin's tendency to express himself in terms that embarrass his minders means that the version posted on the Kremlin web-site does not invariably reproduce exactly what he said.
