sans-serif fonts for Russian-speakers' computers

I need some help regarding some translating I'm doing for a website; Here
is the forwarded message from the webmaster. I know nothing about web
stuff, so any answers would be greatly appreciated.

        "I will need to know the names of one or more sans-serif fonts that
         are loaded on the majority of the computers that are loaded on
         the majority of the computers of users who speak this language
         [Russian]. "Lucida grande" seems to support quite a few languages."
