Severo-Zapadnyi krai

Did  not make myself clear again. I mean Severo-Zapadnyi krai of the Russian
Empire, which included Belarusian and Lithuanian linguistic territories. Is
there a standard translation?

Russia's Northwest region includes Leningradskaya oblast, Pskovkaya
oblast,and Kaliningradskaya oblasts.

Belarus and Lithuania are their own countries.
