"Sluchai s patsanom"

Dear SEELANGers,

I wonder if anyone on the list might be able tell me where I could get a copy of
the Belarusian independent film "Sluchai s patsanom" (2001) (in Russian and
Belarusian), which has been described as a sort of Belarusian "Trainspotting".
Any leads would be appreciated!
