I can't remember if they did this in the movie in question, but you might 
want to check out "Solomon and Gaynor", with extensive dialogue in English, 
Welsh, and Yiddish (the latter two subtitled).

Have any of you seen a multi-language film with sub-titles that distinguish 
between the languages spoken? If so, how did the sub-titles make the 
language distinction clear? Font? Italics? Other?
