In the vein of Michael's joke, there was one a while back:
Kuda poslat' pravitel'stvo: v? k? ili na?
This requires more than three years of Russian and I don't think it's
easily translatable. But there are a lot of good crisis jokes, many of
which are translatable.
Two homeless talking:
-Do you know any bankers?
-No.
-You will.
??? ?????? ???? ???????? ??? ??????? ?????? ? ????????? ?????? ?????????
???? ?? ?????? ????
And many others.
