Russian schools in Estonia

It's the same battle over immigration and integration that the US and  
W.Europe are facing. Let me point out that in four states of the  
United States bilingual education (the one from which my own children  
have benefited) is illegal. We are not talking even about monolingual  
in a language other than English.
