・      Blue Berets (Голубые береты), the official ensemble
of the Airborne Forces (VDV), began as amateur regiment ensemble in Kabul
and are considered the creators of the "Afghan" song (афганская

Desant ukhodit v proryv."  There is a detailed article about them in "Уч
