Slavic grade inflation

FYI. The Slavic community might enjoy seeing this Washington Post article
on grade inflation at Princeton where Slavic tops the list of generous graders:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/rampage/wp/2014/08/12/the-great-grade-deflation-experiment-stem-vs-humanities/

In my experience across 5-6 different programs, a small program with low enrollments
+ a quite talented student body in that program = higher-than-normal grades.
But are our students that much more talented than, say, Classics students?

Thoughts?
