A copy of Zeps's material (computer files and, as I recall, a printout) is
included in the Siouan Archives. I actually include it on the Siouan
Archives CD, though it is an older Word Perfect (for DOS) file (or,
actually, set of files).
Although Zeps's dictionary was supposed to be a compendium of all
preceding work, including Miner's, at one point when I consulted it I
found that there were forms listed in Miner's Field Lexicon which were not
in Zeps. I do not recall the examples, but there were enough to surprise
me and make me think it wasn't a case of a single stray accidental
omission. Anyone working on Winnebago should keep this in mind.
