Deloria in her Dakota Texts gives INyaN Woslal HaN (page 222, paragr. 6) in
the legend of Standing Rock.
I recorded the same from several temporary speakers on the Standing Rock
Reservation.
I believe INyaN Woslatu/Woslata is an an older variant, which also appears
in certain texts
woslatu / woslata is 'perpendicular, vertical'
woslal means 'perpendicularly, vertically'
haN is a verb 'to stand' used with inanimate objects; naz^iN is used of
animates only
