No, I'm afraid I don't have the authority to offer such things.  However, I
will suggest it to the powers that be.  Perhaps the faculty at UNM might be
more open to the possibility to host it in 2004.  They've recently added new
faculty and staff to their numbers in the ITP and those people might be
willing to help as well.  As Dan Parvaz said, I'm a doctoral candidate in
the Linguistics Dept at UNM.
