OK, since the project has now been officially approved by the National Deaf Federation Nepal (at the annual board meeting 2 days ago), I guess you can add:

Nepal Sign Language Training and Research Center

to the list as well. The first trainings start day after tomorrow... and hopefully that will also lead to the process of forming a research team as well.
