Hello Everyone and Charles -
Take a look at this web page now:

The Base Symbols listing has now been changed, including the C
handshape, as you mentioned, Charles.

There are some handshapes that needed to have their "representative"
rotation be Rotation03 rather than Rotation01. But that does not
change the SSS-2002 itself, which always includes all rotations of
every handshape.
