Hello Tini and Everyone -
SignBank Runtime does not require FileMaker. SignBank 2002 (the full
program), does.

For those who want to use SignBank in the long term....over many
years...owning FileMaker is a good idea, because you get more features
in SignBank, if you own FileMaker. But for those who are just testing
SignBank, the Runtime is great. It is like shareware. You can download
the Runtime on the web. Here are instructions for Runtime users...as
you can see, you cannot use Windows 95...that is the only operating
system it doesn't work on...but Windows 98 is fine, or XP or any other
version of Windows:
