[sw-l] Sign Puddle editors and SignMaker loading

Hi List,

I've made a few changes to Sign Puddle.  This isn't everything that I
initially wanted, but it is needed.

SignMaker Loading...
It is possible to load signs into SignMaker.  You will notice a new icon on
the left side menu, "Upload".  Previously, this icon allowed a user to load
an image into the dictionary.  It now allows a user to load a sign into
SignMaker.

To use this screen, enter search criteria and press Search.  When the
results are displayed, you can press the Load button next to a sign to have
the sign loaded into SignMaker.

However, not all signs will have a Load button.  Only signs that were
created with the improved SignMaker (Javascript) can be loaded.

Sign Puddle editors...
On the same Upload screen, if you scroll all the way down the screen below
the flags, you will find a form for a user and a password.  Once you enter a
valid username and password, 2 additional buttons will display on this
screen for each sign: rename and delete.  These are the editor functions
available.

If you would like to be an editor for any Sign Puddle dictionary, please
send me an email at slevin at oculog.net.

I still do not know who should be an editor, or how many editors a
dictionary should have, or who should decide.  Any ideas would be welcome.
