AW: [sw-l] SWISS-FRENCH: Sign for Swiss-French Sign Language?

Hello everybody,
especially the French- Swiss group --
looking at the attached sign - hm -- I am not sure -
is it intended to be a two handed sign - or is the flat hand kind of second
position of the "R" - hand?
