Strange yes, but that's what it's like in Asia I
think.

Better than a keyboard could be:
* (pressure sensitive) tablet and pen
* interface like SignMaker, but optimized to each sign
language
* pen gesture recognition
* no azerty/qwerty/etc keyboard required
