Yes, one sign in LIBRAS, is "I've been robbed" and it's entirely done with eyes and tongue.  In ASL, "do you want to sleep with me" is a "tongue in cheek" gesture, so there are certainly plenty of non-verbal signs using the mouth.

Curious, Val, is there a sign for "wrinkling the nose".
